Despite the effort to keep this website (BEHIND THE MASK) up to date and despite the effort to publish correct and serious content, we cannot guarantee for the up-to-dateness, completeness or accuracy of any of the content published on BEHIND THE MASK. Our right to change, to add or to delete any of the content is strictly reserved.
We are anxious to monitor comments on BEHIND THE MASK made by visitors of the web page. However, we will not assume any liability for any comments not made by ourselves. But of course, once we have become aware of a specific infringement of the law by any comment, we will immediately remove the content in question.

The content of those third-party-videos is not under our control. So we cannot assume any responsibility and/or liability for the content of the embedded third-party-videos. Nevertheless at the point in time when the videos were embedded, no infringements of the law by the content of the videos were recognizable to us. As soon as we get aware of an infringement of the law by the content of any embedded third-party-video, we will immediately remove the embedded video in question from BEHIND THE MASK.

The website BEHIND THE MASK contains links to external websites of third parties (“external links” or “hyperlinks”). The content of these websites is not under our control. So we cannot assume any responsibility and/or liability for such external content. Nevertheless at the point in time when the links were placed on BEHIND THE MASK, no infringements of the law by the external content were recognizable to us. As soon as we get aware of any infringements of the law by that kind of external content, we will immediately remove the placed link in question from BEHIND THE MASK.
3. Data Protection
BEHIND THE MASK is published via WordPress. A visit of BEHIND THE MASK can result in the storage of information about the access (e.g. date, time, which page visited) on the servers of WordPress. We are not able to influence which kind of information are saved by WordPress. However the storage of information about the access does not represent any analysis of personal data (e.g. name, address or email address). If personal data are filed on BEHIND THE MASK, this happens only with the prior consent of the user of the website (e.g. when making a comment and submitting a valid email address). We hereby assure that personal data (e.g. name, address or email address) entered on BEHIND THE MASK will not be passed on to any third parties.

As far as we know, those plugins connect your browser to the respective social media network as soon as you visit BEHIND THE MASK, so that the plugin can work properly and can be displayed on BEHIND THE MASK. If you use the plugins to “like” or “share” any content of BEHIND THE MASK, information about your visit on this blog will be forwarded to the servers of the respective social media network. 5.1 Sharing Videos and Posts
Regarding the published videos, in particular any editing (e.g. cutting) and commercial use of the videos without our permission is strictly prohibited. Excluded thereof is the sharing of our videos via social media networks, your own website or blog by simple embedding of the video.
So feel free to share our videos and posts via e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or Google+. If you embed a video or a post of BEHIND THE MASK on your own website or blog: please name us, link us, and please tell us! Thank you.
5.2 Use of Photos
Regarding the published pictures and photos, in particular without our permission any publishing outside the framework of BEHIND THE MASK or the sharing of posts on social media networks is strictly prohibited, especially including the commercial and non-commercial use of the pictures in print magazines, on your own website or blog.
